Cainiao's unmanned vehicles will launch a number of new functional models and AI algorithm upgrades, taking the lead to realize the light map function and a more adequate human–computer interaction under L4 automatic driving, according to Chinese media. It is reported that the refreshed Cainiao unmanned vehicle is based on the original 5-cubic meter unmanned delivery truck and the launch of functional facelift models such as cold chain trucks, and planned to launch at least 9-cubic meter larger-capacity unmanned vehicle, which is suitable for lower-cost delivery in rural logistics.
