Alibaba Japan and Amap recently clinched a strategic cooperation agreement for a three-year phased implementation. Pursuant to the agreement, Alibaba Japan will assist Amap in enhancing the local users' map navigation service experience.

Both parties will also jointly develop AI agent, focusing on cutting-edge technology-based ecological service systems like spatial intelligence, and explore new diversified application scenarios and business models in the cultural tourism sector.
