Taobao will stretch its "Global Free Shipping Plan" to 12 countries and regions during the 618 shopping festival, covering Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Australia, Japan, Thailand, Cambodia, Kazakhstan, and Mongolia, Chinese news broke.
