Smartphone shipments in mainland China in November last year numbered 29.606 million units, down 5.1% YoY, among which 27.319 million units of 5G smartphones were shipped, up 0.8% YoY, accounting for 92.3% of the total number of smartphone shipments in the same period, according to the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT). In 11M24, smartphone shipments in the mainland market amounted to 280 million units, up 7.2% YoY, among which 241 million units of 5G smartphones were shipped, up 12% YoY, and accounting for 86.2% of the smartphone shipments in the same period.
